Note 1: When carrying out the suppression experiment, the division of labor should be clear, unified command, and a special person should be responsible for checking the back, buttress, interface, exhaust valve, etc., and clearly specify the contact signal when a problem is found.

Note 2: After the ductile pipe connection is completed, the back, gate, tee and other pipe fittings should be reinforced. Enter water from low point and exhaust gas from high point. After being filled with water and soaking for 24 hours, when the pressure drop is not more than 0.05Mpa for 10min under the test pressure, it is qualified.

Note 3: The water pressure experiment should be gradually boosted, and each boost is preferably 0.2Mpa. After each boost, the boost is continued when there is no problem in the voltage stabilization check. During the water pressure test, no one should stand near the back, support, pipe end, etc., and the inspection should be carried out when the pressure rise is stopped.

Note 4: The weather in winter is relatively cold, so you should take anti-freezing measures, appropriately heighten the backfill of the ductile pipe, and wrap the exposed interface with multi-layer grass curtains; wrap the temporary pipeline for water stringing and pressure test to keep it warm. Empty in time when not using water.
